Multi Trader needed in Rugby

This is a temporary role and the rate is £14.41ph PAYE

The successful candidate should have good practical experience in domestic plumbing and responsive repairs including:

• Bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs
• Identifying and repairing leaks
• Replacing and repairing taps, toilets, basins and other sanitary ware
• Waste pipes and general drainage-related plumbing repairs
• General fault finding and remedial plumbing works
• Carrying out associated carpentry repairs where required

As this is a Multi Trader position, we need someone who is confident working independently in occupied properties and can complete a good proportion of repairs on the first visit without requiring additional trades.
