Building Surveyor (Hybrid)

Building Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Rotherham, £350 per day PAYE – Reference: 000B 658C / 1

Hybrid working arrangement 3 days onsite

Purpose of the Role

• To provide professional building surveying expertise across a range of capital and refurbishment projects, delivering surveying, design, contract administration and project management services from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver building surveying services across alteration, refurbishment and construction projects.
• Undertake project management duties on construction and property-related schemes.
• Prepare and review designs, specifications and technical documentation.
• Administer construction contracts and manage contractor performance.
• Provide professional advice on building construction, maintenance and property-related matters.
• Support procurement and tendering activities where required.
• Monitor project costs, programmes and risks.
• Ensure projects comply with statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements.
• Undertake Principal Designer responsibilities where suitably qualified and appointed.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders throughout project delivery.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
