Business Operation Until Further Notice
Firstly, please be assured it is business as usual at Essential Employment.
All of of our staff will be working from either their home or our main office over the next few months as we follow the latest guidance released by the government. Please be assured there should be little or no disruption to our service as we have already invested heavily in out IT systems prior to COVID-19.
Current events have impacted the demand for temporary staff but we are starting to see an increase in demand to pre-lockdown levels. Our clients are operating a “business as usual” approach to job orders, interviews and placements albeit with social distancing measures applied. For example, most interviews are either Video Conference or by phone where possible and the majority of our sign-up process has now been redesigned. This will continue for the foreseeable as we all adjust to new business ‘norms’. Essential Employment is equipped to deal with these changes and the safety of our candidates, clients and staff remains our priority.

Please be assured that our payroll service is unaffected by COVID-19 and continues to operate at full capacity.
