Congratulations Katie CertRP!

Katie Whittaker passes her CertRP

We are pleased to announce that Recruitment Consultant Katie Whittaker has passed the REC’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice and is now certified to use the designation CertRP after her name. The certificates are awarded by the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) our industry body and the course tests recruiters on their knowledge and prepares each recruiter to advance their career further.

The Certificate consists of coursework and theoretical learning which is then tested by an end of course 2 1/2 hour exam.

Commenting on her achievement, Katie stated: “I’m delighted to have my CertRP. It’s great to pass the exam because the course is not easy. Recruitment is a vast subject covering many disciplines so I knew that I had to have a deep understanding of many laws and processes.”
