Essential Employment helping to unlock potential at Drake Hall Employer Day

Essential Employ

Essential Employment recently attended the HMP Drake Hall Employer Open Day. The aim of the event was to help offenders find meaningful employment upon their release and de bunk any misconceptions. Organized by HMP Drake Hall and our longstanding client Comensura, the event was successful in providing job opportunities and helping offenders get ready to start a new chapter in their lives.

HMP and YOI Drake Hall is a progressive resettlement prison that promotes a culture of hope and aspiration to the women it serves, provides life skills and professional qualifications to support their release and their reintegration.

Essential Employment are proud to support Comensura’s belief that everyone should have access to fair and equal opportunities in work, regardless of background or circumstances.

“Our aim is to assist ex-offenders overcome the barriers they face in their job search and help unlock their potential.”
