Registered Building Inspector (Hybrid)

Registered Building Inspector (Hybrid) needed in Shrewsbury, £36.67ph PAYE (Negotiable) – Reference: RQ1784510

Can work from home or be on site once a week (can be flex with ours) but will need to be on site and do inspections

3 days on week varies – key inspections are half 8 and 2pm

• We are seeking a Registered Building Inspector to join the team and work on a variety of projects to include domestic, complicated and commercial buildings.
• To provide and implement and enforce the requirements of the Building Regulations and Associated Legislation in an effective and efficient manner, both in an office and site environment and dealing with a varied and heavy workload, to ensure that Statutory Requirements are met.
• To support the Building Control Team in their daily duties, including the marketing and development of Building Control and Energy services.

This is a Full time role on a Temporary Contract Basis
