Senior Planning Lawyer needed in Sittingbourne Paying  £32.10 per hr ref OR104783

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and advise on Section 106 Agreements and Deeds of Variation
• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of planning matters
• Handle complex cases with minimal supervision
• Support on planning enforcement matters (desirable)
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
