Commissioning Manager needed in Merton

This is a temporary role and the rate is £161.34 per day

The successful candidate will support the commissioning and de-commissioning of Adult Social Care services to improve the health and wellbeing of people with disabilities (older people, mental health issues, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and HIV) and the care and support provided to them. It has three components:

• Building partnerships between statutory and non-statutory organisations and with other stakeholders, services and relevant organisations
• Supporting service redesign and improvement
• To manage and coordinate the delivery of specific commissioning projects
• Develop strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
