 Estates Surveyor needed in Ormskirk Paying  £23.48 per hr ref OR102556

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, and lettings
• Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations with tenants and agents
• Provide professional advice on estate and asset management matters
• Ensure properties are compliant with relevant legislation and organisational policies
• Monitor and maximise income generation opportunities across the estate
• Instruct and manage external consultants and contractors where required
• Support valuation work and contribute to strategic property decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
