This is a temporary role and the rate is £13.45ph

The successful candidate will process scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair tasks to completion. They will respond to incoming telephone calls quickly and efficiently to minimise waiting times and ensure a positive customer experience.

They will take ownership of progressing customer requests to ensure timely job completion, they will work proactively with customers and the supply chain to improve customer experience and will communicate effectively to manage expectations realistically.
