Compliance Manager needed in Gosport Paying  £389.84 per day ref 5298997

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organisation’s compliance function, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks, policies, and controls.
• Conduct compliance audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas of risk and improvement.
• Investigate compliance breaches, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance records and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organisational policies and practices remain up to date.
• Work closely with operational managers to promote best practice and embed a culture of compliance.
• Manage risk registers and support organisational risk management activities.
• Oversee mandatory compliance training and awareness programmes.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
