Housing Paralegal

Housing Paralegal needed in South west London Paying  £20.55 per hr ref OR109329

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors and legal officers with housing law matters.
• Prepare legal documents, court bundles, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Manage case files and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Liaise with housing officers, tenants, external solicitors, barristers, and courts.
• Support possession proceedings and anti-social behaviour cases.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on housing legislation and policy.
• Attend court hearings where required and take notes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.
