Compliance Manager needed in Bromley

This is a temporary role and the rate is £320.33 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a specialist compliance project, carrying out detailed statutory compliance inspections across a varied property estate, identifying gaps, coordinating remedial works with third‑party contractors, and ensuring all actions are accurately tracked and completed.

They will review contractor‑issued compliance certificates, highlight and progress any required remedial actions, and apply strong building pathology and M&E knowledge to determine what works are necessary for each site. Exceptional attention to detail, confident project management capability, and the ability to maintain momentum across multiple contractors and workstreams are essential. This position also requires extensive travel across the Borough to undertake inspections, often in areas with limited public transport, making flexibility and independence key to success.
