EUD Engineer needed in Oxford Paying  £250 per day ref 376824

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities
  • Build, configure, deploy, and support end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  • Manage and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Manage software deployment, patch management, and operating system upgrades.
  • Monitor device compliance, security, and performance to ensure adherence to organisational policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within agreed service levels.
  • Support IT projects involving device refreshes, migrations, and workplace technology improvements.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Work closely with service desk teams, infrastructure engineers, and third-party suppliers to resolve issues and improve services.
