Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, deploy, and support end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Manage and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage software deployment, patch management, and operating system upgrades.
- Monitor device compliance, security, and performance to ensure adherence to organisational policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within agreed service levels.
- Support IT projects involving device refreshes, migrations, and workplace technology improvements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Work closely with service desk teams, infrastructure engineers, and third-party suppliers to resolve issues and improve services.
