The successful candidate will lead strategic interface between People Services and an assigned directorate to ensure the needs of the directorate, external service or external client are achieved effectively and efficiently. They will contribute to People Services Leadership Team as an equal member, providing ideas and solutions for effective business delivery and provision of an excellent service that exceeds customer needs and will work in partnership with key stakeholders and the wider People Service operational team to provide consistent, sound, professional HR Advice. To provide high-level People Support, coach, mentor and influence Senior Managers and Leaders across the organisation to provide future proofed people solutions and strategies to meet the council plan objectives.
