Commercial Estates Surveyor needed in Hackney

This is a temporary role and the rate is £31.17ph PAYE

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing a diverse commercial property portfolio, delivering high‑quality professional work including inspections, valuations, lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, options appraisals and dispute resolution. They will proactively monitor property accounts to maximise rental income, address voids and debtor issues, and ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements.

They will support the development and delivery of sustainability and energy initiatives across commercial assets, provide clear and authoritative professional advice to senior leaders and stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with tenants, residents and external partners. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with commercial asset managers, surveyors and corporate teams, contribute to a culture of high performance and innovation, and continuously refine strategies and approaches in line with evolving legislation and best practice.
