Key Responsibilities

- Deliver repairs and maintenance (R&M) programmes, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Undertake property inspections, surveys, and condition assessments.
- Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and tender documentation.
- Manage contractors and consultants, monitoring performance, quality, health and safety compliance, and value for money.
- Oversee project budgets, forecast expenditure, and ensure effective financial control.
- Investigate and resolve building defects, disrepair cases, and complex maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practice.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to support asset investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and performance reports using relevant systems.
