Contracts Officer needed in Bradford

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic contract management across mobilisation, transition, delivery and exit phases, ensuring providers deliver high‑quality, value‑driven services throughout the contract lifecycle.

They will contribute to robust contractual arrangements, performance measures and mechanisms that secure benefits, evidence effective delivery and maintain strong market intelligence. With proven experience in placement cost negotiation, including tools such as CareCubed, they will bring confident market management across children’s residential, IFA and supported accommodation sectors.

They will demonstrate a solid understanding of provider social care models, cost analysis, risk management, placement functions, regulation and care planning. Operating in a fully remote capacity, the successful candidate will provide consistent, professional oversight and informed support to maintain high standards of contractual performance and supplier assessment.
