Regeneration & Place Project Delivery Manager Contract Full Time

Regeneration & Place Project Delivery Manager needed in based in Wallasey and the salary is £650.00 per day PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

This role will involve:

• Provide strong methodological project management principles, including demonstrating knowledge of RIBA construction stages, working with private and public partners to deliver scheme deliverables
• Lead, develop, manage and successfully deliver complex, high value-projects taking direct responsibility for the successful delivery of all elements, to specified levels of time, budget and quality, forming part of the senior management function
• Commission additional technical support services as required; work with procured organisation to ensure service delivery on time and within budget
• Work with internal support services including Legal, Procurement and Finance and be compliant with the Council’s governance processes to progress projects through the approval process
• Manage capital budgets ensuring monitoring returns are prepared, working with the regeneration finance officer and the Programme Management Office. Manage resources effectively and deploy and coordinate resources in a well-planned and controlled manner, ensuring that project requirements and resource levels are fully identified, including staffing, financial and ICT requirements.
