Building Safety & Compliance Manager Full Time Temporary

Building Safety & Compliance Manager needed in Harrow, £26.57ph PAYE – Reference: 012215

• Act as the main point of contact for housing & building safety and compliance and provide technical advice and expertise to the client providing clear advice, guidance, training and instruction regarding general safety and fire safety to all stakeholders including residents, members, senior officer’s colleagues.
• Ensure best practice is place followed is in place for the procurement of repairs contracts for statutory compliance areas for the social housing stock.
• Manage the resources of the Health and Safety Team to reduce risk and ensure the Health Safety and Wellbeing, as far as is reasonably practicable, of the clients employees, service users, residents, occupiers, volunteers, visitors, contractors, and all those affected by its undertaking

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
