Technical Support Officer Contract Full Time

Technical Support Officer based in Grays and the rate is £13.34 per hr

This is a full time temporary contract role.

 This role will involve:

• Review and approve assisted bin and addition bin application
• Uploads on to Bartec Collective – New properties, assisted collections, additional bins & Changes to Crew collection rounds.
• Support Waste Team Manager with investigations in to single missed bin reports and whole road reports missed.
• Respond to service request enquiries.
• Assist Waste Team Managers with investigation and responses to Stage 1 complaints and Cllr enquires
• Ideally candidates will have waste management experience
