Fleet Business Support Officer needed in Cradley Health

The rate is £13.02ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the Fleet Services. To effectively provide the provision of high quality services for both internal and external customers, addressing and improving customer expectations in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• To be responsible for the maintenance of an effective and customer focused service reception to include receiving and processing into the vehicle workshops all vehicles and items of plant requiring service, repair, inspection, testing and provide regular updates to customer/sections on asset availability.
• Monitor for strict compliance, each section’s service schedule and Fleetwave KPI’s, to ensure requirements are met and operators are notified immediately of any failings.
• To maintain vehicle birth filing system to meet legally required standard and disposal of commercially sensitive documents/data.
