Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Deliverables

  • Current-state infrastructure baseline covering all participating councils.
  • Infrastructure dependency and risk assessments.
  • Assured transition and convergence options for:
    • Network services
    • Identity and access management
    • Microsoft 365 environments
    • Telephony and contact centre services
    • Cyber security controls
  • Technical architecture standards and governance frameworks.
  • Architecture decision records and design documentation.
  • Technical risk registers and mitigation plans.
  • Service continuity and resilience recommendations.
  • Strategic infrastructure roadmaps supporting organisational transition.
