In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of electrical works across a range of domestic properties and electrical projects throughout the borough. Duties will include carrying out electrical testing and inspections, completing certification, and signing off electrical works in accordance with current regulations and standards.
Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent). qualified and Experience in electrical testing, inspection, certification, and compliance. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a social housing environment. Good working knowledge of the NHF Schedule of Rates. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We Offer a 35-hour working week.
