Subsidy Officer Full Time Temporary

Subsidy Officer needed in North London Paying £23.91 per hr Ref 1404817

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing and verifying documentation for the £180m subsidy claim

• Liaising with external auditors and coordinating access to systems and reports

• Organising audit-related testing

• Testing new software releases for compliance

• Working with the team to address and learn from errors

• Producing data and reports on benefit caseloads

• Acting as a subsidy and audit process expert

• Identifying and supporting service improvement projects

• Undertaking special tasks and assignments as needed

• Ideally knowledge of benefit legislation, software, and processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting would be an advantage

• Adherence to data protection and claimant confidentiality

• Proactive in identifying and implementing service improvements
