Skyline Property Surveyor

Skyline Property Surveyor needed in Manchester Paying  £400 per day ref 000A F293 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake skyline and external inspections of buildings, including roofs, façades, balconies, cladding, and elevations
• Identify defects, maintenance issues, and health & safety risks
• Collect accurate survey data, notes, and photographic evidence using digital systems
• Produce clear reports with recommendations and prioritised remedial works
• Support planned maintenance, capital works, and compliance programmes
• Work independently across multiple sites, managing workload effectively
• Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety and lone‑working procedures
