Stock and CMDB Officer needed in Sheffield  

This is a temporary role and the rate is £17.18ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support the smooth daily operation of the ICT collections and drop‑off room, preparing, issuing and receiving equipment while keeping stock areas organised, safe and secure. They will manage deliveries, returns and equipment movement with accuracy, updating Xurrent, stock records and the CMDB so assets are correctly tracked and recorded.

They will act as a confident point of contact for staff collecting or returning ICT items, providing clear information, managing expectations and handling face‑to‑face queries professionally. Strong organisation, attention to detail and a practical approach to equipment handling are essential, along with the ability to remain calm, helpful and solution‑focused during busy periods or when dealing with frustrated users.
