Facilities manager

Facilities Manager needed in Knaresborough, £24.62 PAYE – Reference: HMTH

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join a busy operational environment on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the safe, efficient and compliant management of facilities, infrastructure and support services.

Working closely with operational and maintenance teams, you will coordinate facilities maintenance, manage contractors, oversee compliance activities and ensure buildings, grounds and site services are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Manage service contracts and support services
• Support statutory compliance, health & safety and environmental requirements
• Oversee security systems, access control and site assets
• Deliver small facilities improvement projects
