Senior Resource Advisor needed in London £180per day ref 5204960

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Liaising with the business regarding their needs. Sourcing candidates via various methods, keep recruitment costs to a minimum. I also interview candidates and negotiate regarding salary/package.

Experience of resourcing gained from either a recruitment-specific or generalist background

Experience of dealing with an MSP

Good communication skills, especially with regard to writing advertisements and role profiles

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

Adept at using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines

Confident but helpful manner

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
