Recruitment and Retention Coordinator in Bromley.

The rate is £12.24ph PAYE

The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment and selection procedures for hard to fill roles to ensure they operate efficiently at all stages. They will obtain approval to advertise, according to special recruitment measures, prior to advertising any non-school vacancies. Liaise with OD Leads, HRBS/ managers and external partners/HR Consultancy to resolve any issues.

They will publish job adverts using company website and via other media and advertising platforms as instructed and will liaise with the Recruitment Advertising agencies on adverts which are placed outside of the company website.

They will also provide coordination support to underpin effective recruitment and selection. Receive and circulate job applications submitted via web recruitment functionality and other means. Administer the selection processes according to policy, and as instructed by recruiting managers.
