Full time hours on a temporary basis

To be one of the lead technical specialists for delivering its responsibilities as the Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) and Highways Authority (HA), in particular:
-
- Responding to major / high risk planning applications
- Providing technical advice on and approvals of developer LLFA strategies and designs
- Securing planning application conditions / consenting and s106 contributions
- Working collaboratively across the organisation with other related teams to meet the full LLFA responsibilities
- Leading a small locality team
- Undertaking pre-applications / PPAs and securing income
