Passenger Agent Full Time Temporary

Passenger Assistant needed in Oswestry Paying  £12.18 per hr ref OR663

Part time hours on a temporary basis 

• Be responsible for safely supervising and escorting adults with SEN to and from day services on transport
• Liaise with the Specialist Travel Coordinator (Fleet Services) on a regular basis to ensure that services and staff training are efficient and up to date
• Deal appropriately and sensitively with a range of issues and challenges that may arise from passengers’ special needs, as advised in the individual passenger risk assessment
• Fitting seats, harnesses, clamping systems and other equipment to vehicles as required and replace faulty or damaged equipment as necessary
