Senior Development Associate Full Time Permanent

Senior Development Associate based in Barnet paying between £65,847.00 and £73,745.00 pa PAYE

This is a full time permanent contract role.

This role will involve:

• Lead officer for the clienting, constitutional compliance, strategic direction and co-ordination of the Hendon Hub development;
• Working collaboratively, managing both internal and external consultants, developing excellent relationships;
• Working collaboratively with Middlesex University as strategic partner;
• Working closely with the procurement team to oversee all relevant procurement activity, including supply chain management of consultant /contractor appointments, to maximise value for money and supply chain performance on third party spend;
• Lead the procurement of an Employers’ Agent to manage the delivery of the scheme;
• Working with the Employer’s Agent and the project team, ensure the compliant procurement of a main contractor, ensuring that the delivery solution and procurement are managed, as far as is possible, to minimise development risk and that the best solution is obtained in a timely fashion, whilst complying with the rules of public sector procurement
