Senior Commercial Lead – Policy & Data

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Lead to drive best practice in commercial policy, procurement, and data across a growing organisation.

This is a key role where you’ll shape and embed commercial frameworks, lead governance and training, and ensure a consistent, high-performing approach to delivering value and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the development and implementation of commercial policies, processes, and strategies
• Drive best practice across procurement and wider commercial activity
• Design and deliver training to improve commercial capability across the business
• Strengthen governance and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks
• Oversee commercial data and analytics to support informed decision-making
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial excellence

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of procurement legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience in a commercial or procurement leadership role
• Track record of developing policies, processes, and complex commercial strategies
• Experience coaching and developing teams
• A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
