This role will involve:
The post holder will lead on the recruitment & onboarding for a dedicated area in the organisation, ensuring robust auditing processes are in place to achieve compliance with and adherence to employment legislation, guidance and best practice.
The post holder will be familiar with recruitment practices and be a confident user of HR related systems, possess the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, effective communicator and be a team player.
