Resource Assistant Full Time Temporary

Resource Assistant needed in Cardiff £10.21 per hr PAYE – Reference: 457743

This role will involve:

• To assist in the provision of a multifunctional administrative role for the Service Area, when requested.
• To assist in the provision of high quality performance management information for the Directorate, within designated timescales and help consult with senior management, other staff and external organisations to ensure optimum performance analysis.
• To play an active part in all necessary interrogation, research, development and data maintenance for the production and presentation of statistical business information as may be required by the directorate.
• To assist the Locality teams with the provision of an effective Performance Management Framework for the directorate in line with corporate guidelines, reviewing and amending the framework as necessary to ensure continued relevance.
• To play an active part in the team, ensuring that good communication is maintained within the team, providing cover for other officers and contributing to the work of the team as a whole.
• To work to meet individual and team targets.
• To practically assist in the co-ordination and operation of any Quality systems adopted by the service area.
• To carry out any general office duties as reasonably required including maintaining all necessary records and to providing monitoring information as required.
• To actively support the development of current and emerging technology.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
