Repairs Manager needed in Enfield

This is a temporary role and the rate is £24.76ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead the full lifecycle of housing disrepair, HHSRS compliance, and damp and mould management, ensuring cases are handled efficiently, safely, and in line with all statutory requirements, including Awaab’s Law.

They will provide strong technical leadership, oversee inspections and remediation works, drive high standards of building safety, and deliver proactive strategies that reduce risk and improve property conditions.

They will manage teams and contractors effectively, maintain robust data and reporting systems, and ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery. With a strong customer‑focused approach, they will support vulnerable tenants, resolve complex cases with professionalism, and foster collaborative working across internal and external stakeholders to achieve measurable improvements in compliance, tenant satisfaction, and overall housing quality.
