Estate Services Mobile Operative needed in Rainham Paying  £14.80 per hr  ref 000B 3A26

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and load vehicles to collect bulk refuse, fly-tipping and unwanted items from estates and communal areas.
• Transport and safely dispose of waste and recyclable materials at designated sites.
• Carry out deep cleaning of internal and external areas using specialist equipment such as pressure washers and floor scrubbers.
• Undertake general estate cleaning duties, litter picking, manual sweeping and environmental maintenance.
• Provide relief caretaking services across multiple estates, often at short notice.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance works as directed.
• Respond to emergency clean-up requests and priority estate issues.
• Operate vehicles, machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following training.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and defect records.
• Transport goods, equipment and materials between sites as required.
• Work closely with caretaking and other estate services teams to maintain high service standards.
