Remote Domestic Taskforce Development Specialist needed Paying £19.78 per hr ref 376296
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support operational activity across the UK to address emerging Organised Immigration Crime threats.
- Work with police forces, statutory agencies, and NGOs to improve partnership approaches and support the disruption of organised crime groups.
- Collaborate with the Home Office, Border Security Command, National Crime Agency, Border Force, and Immigration Enforcement to strengthen policing responses.
- Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions, briefings, and engagement events for frontline officers and senior leaders.
- Promote effective safeguarding practices and support measures that prevent victims from being criminalised.
- Identify, develop, and share good practice across UK policing and partner organisations.
- Support regional coordinators and partner agencies to improve consistency and effectiveness across forces.
- Produce high-quality reports, briefings, and recommendations for a range of stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, working groups, and task-and-finish groups to support programme objectives.
- Contribute to policy development, operational improvement, and evidence-based approaches to tackling OIC.
