Project Officer needed in Rugby

This is a temporary role and the rate is £13.69ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work independently but under the direction of the Housing Services Manager to:

• Develop and deliver a review of the Independent Living Services provided by the Council including the redesignation of stock project.
• Contribute to the review and changes to Lifeline and Out of Hours Services.
• Assist in the setting up of a successful service level agreement with another Local Authority to deliver property management services to a specific site.
• Contribute to a review of rents and service charges.
• Work with the Housing Services and Communities and Project Teams on tenant consultation events.
• Prepare initiation documents, project briefs, option appraisals, project plans, project risk registers and specifications.
• Research options for service delivery including recommendations that contain costings and feasibility assessments.
