Property Lawyer

Property Lawyer needed in Derby Paying  £46.36 per hr ref 5289797

Full time hours on a temporary basis 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers, licences, deeds and related property documentation
• Advising on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
• Providing clear, timely and pragmatic legal advice to internal clients
• Attending meetings with internal clients and external stakeholders, both virtually and in person as required
• Identifying legal risks and advising on appropriate mitigation strategies
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with governance and procedural requirements
