Business Analyst needed in SSouthampton Paying  £24.46 per hr ref 5300072

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, analyse, and challenge business and system requirements.
• Conduct process reviews, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and service transformation.
• Analyse and interpret data, producing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Define benefits, KPIs, success measures, and reporting frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to capture requirements and build consensus.
• Produce process maps, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and business readiness materials.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support implementation activities.
• Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support project delivery by providing analysis, risk assessment, and progress reporting.
