Project Support Officer Full Time Temporary

Project Support Officer needed in based in Slough and the salary is £11.25 ph  PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

 This role will involve:

• To provide effective support to senior managers and other team members undertaking administrative and project support roles to ensure the delivery of key outcomes.
• To contribute to the development of effective service and business partnership both internal and external, through establishing good customer relationships and by delivering high quality support services.
• To provide project support by devising and maintaining action lists and project plans, chasing and recording progress.
• To directly provide administrative and project support to the Programme Manager and Project Managers including answering telephone enquiries, diary management, prioritising and answering routine correspondence, preparation of presentations as directed.
• To establish, develop and maintain complex administrative and / or financial processes, systems and procedures as appropriate to ensure data quality, accuracy and timely responses.
• To arrange meetings, draft agendas, attend meetings as a minute taker, prepare minutes for distribution and follow up actions.
