This role will involve:
The post will support partners of the North Wales Social Care and Well-Being Collaborative to work with members of the North Wales Leadership Group and the Regional Partnership Board to develop and deliver Childrens and Young People’s transformation across partner organisations. This will include providing support to locally based initiatives and producing regular performance and progress reports to demonstrate progress of integration of services within an effective project management framework.
