Our client is looking for a Procurement Category Manager. To have a proven track record of successfully completing procurements across a range of construction and FM works and services contracts covering a wide range of values
The successful candidate will need sound knowledge and experience of PCR 2015 and EU procurement practice, experience of working with or within Local Authorities and Housing Associations or ALMOs, an ability to review specifications, create evaluation models (including price and quality) and draft ITTs and OJEU Notices, an understanding of construction processes and procedures sufficient to communicate effectively with construction specialists and capability to work concurrently on multiple projects
