Housing Business Support Manager (Capital Works) needed in Benfleet
The rate is £35.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will manage capital works programs: Set programs, contract management, budget monitoring, and completion data recording.
They will ensure gas/electrical safety compliance: Generate compliance reports, raise priority works, and assist in legal processes and will monitor KPIs and performance: Utilize Ideagen software to manage KPIs, generate monthly reports, and update targets regularly.
