Principal Planning Officer needed in Maidenhead Paying  £26.22 per hr ref 000B 0A6A / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the assessment and determination of major and complex planning applications
• Provide professional planning advice to internal stakeholders, members, and the public
• Represent the authority at planning committees, hearings, and appeals
• Mentor and support junior planning staff
• Ensure compliance with planning legislation, policy, and best practice
• Contribute to policy development and service improvement initiatives
