IT Resource Manager

IT Resource Manager needed in Bradford Paying  £22.20 per hr ref 5298474

Full time hours on a temporary basis 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT resource allocation across projects, programmes, and BAU activities
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and technical leads to forecast resource demand and capacity
• Develop and maintain resource plans, ensuring optimal utilisation of internal and external resources
• Identify resource gaps and support recruitment, onboarding, and supplier engagement activity
• Monitor workloads and performance, ensuring delivery remains on track
• Provide reporting and insight on resource usage, risks, and forecast planning
• Support continuous improvement in workforce planning and delivery processes
