The successful candidate will carry out a range of essential plumbing duties, including diagnosing and repairing faults, maintaining water systems, completing routine inspections, and ensuring all fixtures, fittings, and pipework remain safe and fully operational. They will respond promptly to maintenance requests, work confidently with both planned and reactive tasks, and uphold high standards of compliance, safety, and workmanship while contributing to a well‑managed and reliable facilities environment.
