Performance Analyst Contract Full Time

Performance Analyst Based in Wembley and the salary is £19.56ph PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

This role will involve:

• Support the delivery of performance management for a service area within Community Wellbeing.
• To lead developments around data quality and improvement, working closely with service areas to support data improvement.
• To lead on a range of performance reporting that support projects and programmes across the directorate as required.
• To actively develop and improve performance system, using knowledge and experience to support managers to take ownership of data and data quality.
• To undertake health and equity impact assessment, and other forms of research using modelling and forecasting techniques

Ideally candidates will have:

• Educated to at least degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, social sciences, research & statistics, health economics etc.
• Evidence of significant relevant continuing professional development
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Intellectual ability to, analyse and critically appraise complex information (numerical , research, findings from consultation) draw conclusions and present findings in a compelling way
